Warranty, Replacement & Refund Policy

Product Quality Assurance

Every product is thoroughly inspected, tested, and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in proper working condition.

1-Year Motor Warranty
• We provide a 1-Year Warranty on the Motor from the date of delivery.
• If the motor is found to be defective, customers must provide a complete unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package until the defect is clearly shown.
• Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for warranty support.

Transit / Shipping Damage
• We pack all orders with proper protective packaging before shipment.
• However, courier handling is beyond our control, and transit damage may occasionally occur.
• Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a complete unboxing video.
• For approved transit damage replacement requests, a ₹360 logistics and handling fee may apply to cover return shipping, replacement dispatch, and courier charges.

Wrong Product Received
• In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional product cost after verification.
• Refunds will not be provided for wrong product deliveries.
• Only replacement will be arranged after the returned item is received and verified.

Refund Policy
• Refunds are not available for transit damage, wrong product delivery, change of mind, refusal of delivery, or dissatisfaction after use.
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified motor defects covered under warranty where a replacement is not feasible.
• Depending on the situation, eligible customers may be offered either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Replacement Eligibility
• A complete unboxing video from the opening of the sealed package is mandatory for all damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product claims.
• Photos alone may not be sufficient for claim approval.
• Physical damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, water exposure, improper operation, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under warranty.
